Hoory is an AI-powered customer support assistant that helps businesses automate customer communications and provide 24/7 support. It allows businesses to interact with their customers by providing instant and automated support through various communication channels.

Getting Started

To configure Hoory in Ucraft Next, you need to create an inbox in your Hoory account.

Set up Hoory

1. Go to Apps on your Ucraft Next Dashboard.
2. Click Get App.
3. Select Hoory in the App Store.

Tip: To easily switch projects, click the project switcher at the top left of the page.

4. Click Get App and then click Install.

5. Complete the purchase flow and click Go to my project.
6. Click Connect Hoory.
7. Enter your credentials and click Login.
8. Select an inbox from the list in your Hoory account.
9. Click Confirm.
